The farm behind the bottle
Jeff has grown ashwagandha in Oregon soil since 2009, and now partner farms in the Pacific Northwest grow with us. This year’s roots came out of the ground in the last week of October, from our field and theirs, and went from field to barn to tincture within days. Whole fresh roots, small batches.
Simple to take
Every bottle comes with a glass dropper. Here is the whole routine.
1 mL is about 30 drops, roughly one squeeze of the bulb. Shake the bottle first.
Take it directly, or add it to a little water, tea, or juice. The taste is earthy and fresh.
Once or twice a day; Tulsi and Blue Vervain two to three times. For sleep, take Ashwagandha 1 mL before bed and give it a few weeks.

Portland Ashwagandha Farm is not a private-label supplement shelf. We grow ashwagandha outside Portland and with partner farms in the Pacific Northwest. Every root is harvested fresh and made into tincture with a process built around the living plant.
